14 out of 71 registrated offspring have competed at GP level. Gestion IQ (Anky van Grunsven), international GP dressage. Laurino (Anton Martin Bauer), international GP showjumping. Sandstone Laurinn (Gabriella Salick), international GP showjumping, placed 6 times in WC in one season and competed at WC final two times. Mares out of Laurin have produced several approved stalions as well as horses competing at olympic level. (Marius competing eventing international for Germany).

Laurin is out of the maternal line 104a, one of the most prominent lines in the world. Laurin's sister, Landliebe placed in GP showjumping with Karsten Huck.
The grand mother of Laurin, Retina was one of the best horses ever competing at international level. She won the Derby in Hamburg twice, first time as a 7 year-old. Retina is the mother of: Capitano (father of Capitol, one of the world's leading stallions), Marathon (Maximus) GP showjumper and Germania II. Germania is the mother of the international showjumper and breeding stallion Landego (Landgraf).
Offspring of Laurins sisters and their daughters has so far given 11 GP horses (2004). The following have been competing international: Sir-S (dressage), Corlanda (showjumping), Corland (showjumping) and Landetto (showjumping).
Laurin has one approved son: Sandstone Laurin (Holland & USA) and has a promising 2006 grey colt WSF Oslo (Watefall Stud Farm, Ireland), and another 2005 grey colt Nureyev (Bollerod Stutteri, Norway).
