Facilities
Waterfall Stud Farm (WSF) strives to have the highest of standards in all its endeavours. This includes its facilities. Constructed in 2009, WFS has both the horse and rider at the core of its design.
Stable Barn
The Stable Barn has 17 modern boxes, each measuring 3.6m by 3.6m or 12 feet by 12 feet. Each has its own automatic watering trough, feed manger and floor-level hay rack. A wide corridor allows ample room for manoevering horses when out of the boxes.
Access and Egress is provided by two large automatic doors at either end of the corridor and an emergency fire door.
A rubber-floored wash bay with tie rings is also provided inside the barn
A large enclosed tack room completes the set-up.

Breeding Barn
WSF also has a Breeding Barn where brood mares are housed close to the time of foaling. In the wintertime the barn is used to house young stock in a series of pens.
Exercise Arena
Waterfall Stud Farm has a modern all-weather exercise arena measuring 60 metres by 32 metres. The surface comprises a sand fibre mix which ensure a soft yet sure footing for the horse.
The arena is contained by a post and rail fence with a height of 5 feet.
A full set of varied showjumping fences is present.

Horse Transporter
WFS has a Mercedes Horse Transporter and a number of towable horse trailers.
